Ending the School Year:
Either through the School.GBK or through Livelink BACKUP all gradebooks once you have uploaded all grades to APSCN and printed reports.

Make a CD copy for each building of their grades
Turn OFF GradeQuick for each building. Login to Edline and go to the appropriate building and select Manage School> under School Management select > School Policies> ENABLE GRADEQUICK FOR YOUR SCHOOL SELECT - NO
