Alma Middle School Presents: Trouble in Paradise Junction
We had 25 Alma Middle School students involved in presenting the performance: Trouble in Paradise Junction. Middle School Drama Department had auditions for the play in December. This is the first Alma Middle School full-length play. See a full gallery of pictures and list of cast and crew here.

Alma Intermediate Students Demonstrate Finch Robots to School BoardFifth Grade Intermediate School Students demonstrated their Finch Robot programming to the Alma School Board on March 7, 2018. Students included, CJ Matheny, Mabrey Birchfield, Brayden Driscoll, Emma Brown and Kiara Owens. All students at the Intermediate School worked with the Finch Robots during their Computer Lab class taught by Tiffany Matheny. The Finch robots were obtained through a grant by BirdBrain Technology. These robots allow students to use coding in Snap! or Scratch.
If you have not entered the one-time access code we sent out in January to verify your Chalk account, you will need to do this by March 16. You can contact the Media Specialist at your child's building if you do not have this access code. You will not be able to access your child's grades through Chalk after March 16, if you have not completed this process.
Spring Break Airedale at the BeachAre we ready for spring break? Alma schools will be out of school for spring break March 19-23. We will resume classes on Monday, March 26. We are wishing all of our Airedale Families a safe and wonderful spring break.
Kindergarten Registration will take place on Wednesday, April 11th from 8:45-10:00 am and Thursday, April 19th from 5:00-6:00 pm.
May 1st is the deadline to submit the application for School Choice. If you have friends or family that are interested in enrolling in Alma Schools, please pass this information on to them.

Both our junior high and high school teams competed in track meets this past week. Find the results listed here: Track Meet Results
Congratulations to Lydia Mann for breaking the Alma Junior Girls triple jump record with a jump of 33-7 and to Ariel Towns-Robinson for breaking the Alma Junior Girls shot put record with a throw of 37-1.

Our Airedale Soccer Teams have a home game this evening at Airedale Stadium beginning with the girls game at 5:00 pm. Come out and support your Airedales and Lady Airedales.
