What other skills might I need to know as a K-5th Grader for Computers?

Increasingly, we are seeing students also need a knowledge of coding for Computer Skills.  Coding is what makes it possible for us to use our computers.  Coding is also called Programming.  In the past, the only jobs that needed to know "coding" were Computer Sciences and IT jobs.  Now we are seeing coding as a way for students to use critical thinking skills.

There are many great resources to practice Coding.  Our Computer Lab Activity classes from K-5th Grade are using sources like code.org and scratch.mit.edu to practice code.
