Mr. Jody Jenkins

Mr. Jenkins is in his first year as Lead Teacher of the Alma Opportunity School.  He graduated from Atkins High School in 1981.  Mr. Jenkins graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a BSE in Education, and he has his MSE from the University of Central Arkansas in Secondary Leadership.  This will be Mr. Jenkins 34th year in education in the state of Arkansas; he was previously high school principal at JC Westside for one year and Ozark for 15 years.  He taught English and coached football, basketball, and track at Russellville for 14 years.  Mr. Jenkins has a wife, Kristi, who teaches 5th grade at Ozark; a daughter, Jacqueline Moore, who teaches Oral Communication and coaches the Freshman Dance Team at Fayetteville High School; Jackie's husband, Brandon Moore, is in the ministry and works for an organization called Men Sharpening Men and is the Razorback Baseball Team Chaplain; and Mr. Jenkins has a son, Ryan, who is starting his senior year at the University of Arkansas and works for the Razorback Football team as a manager.
