Coach Codey Mann
Codey Mann is beginning his nineteenth year as an educator and starting his fifth year in Alma School District. He graduated high school at Van Buren after growing up in Fort
Smith, Arkansas. Codey has a Bachelor of Science in History Education from Arkansas Tech University. In his 18 years in education, he has taught a variety of subjects and
held several positions at the 7-12: Ancient Civilization, Civics, Street Law, U.S. History, Arkansas History, PE, Net Sports/In/Out Sports, 7th grade basketball coach, assistant
high school basketball coach, assistant softball coach, head girls/boys tennis coach, head high school boys basketball coach, and head high school girls basketball coach.
Codey is currently our Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach. Codey has been married to his wife Gina for 20 years. She is the Principal at Euper Lane Elementary in the Fort Smith School District. They have two children. His son Cejay, 18, is a freshman at Arkansas Tech and plays basketball for the Wonder Boys and Lydia, 15, is a 10th grader at Alma High School.
