Alma 50, Lamar 49
BOYS — Drew Battles continues to come up clutch for Stan Flenor's Airedales.
The Alma senior buried a 3-pointer with 1:06 left to play and the Airedales held on for a gritty 50-49 win over Lamar Tuesday night in the final non-conference home tilt at Charles B. Dyer Arena.
Down four (34-30) in the second half, Battles' four-point play sparked a 10-0 run.
