JD Coursey is the Principal at Alma Middle School. He is in his 18th year of service in the Alma School District, and his 19th year overall. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Arkansas in 2006 and received his Master of Science in Education Leadership from Arkansas State in 2019. He has served the previous 5 years as the Assistant Principal at AMS. Throughout his career, he has taught Civics/Economics, AP Government, World Geography, World History, and AP U.S. History in addition to coaching football. He and his wife, Bekah, have two sons, Jacob and Landen.

Brett Stone is the Assistant Principal at Alma Middle School. He is in his 1st year of service in the Alma School District, and his 13th year overall. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Education from Arkansas Tech in 2010 and received his Master of Science in Education Leadership from Harding University in 2016. Throughout his career, he has taught Science, Social Studies, and Health in addition to coaching football, baseball, and track. He and his wife, Kelsey, have two daughters, Madden and Merritt.
